Improve Retirement Outcomes with Plan Design

In this workshop, we will be talking about plan design to promote better participant retirement outcomes. To do this, we will address retirement realities individuals face including retirement expenses, retirement sources, and the general retirement landscape. There are small and simple plan design concepts that can help employees be better prepared for the future.
